The "Perfect 10" Fundraising for Communities Program

As part of the Chatterbox's dedication to building stronger communities, they will give all Urban Arts Academy members and benefactors a 10% discount every time you come out to any of our locations (some restrictions apply).  In addition to the discount you all receive, the Chatterbox will also donate 10% of the check total back to the Urban Arts Academy!  

Simply click the link below, print it out, and bring in the registraion form to any Chatterbox location. Or, let your host or server know that you want to be a member of the "Perfect 10" Program with Urban Arts Academy. The manager will bring you a card that you can use anytime.

The membership Number for Urban Arts Academy is 70005.  Your server or host will need this number to issue your membership card.
